JSK (www.JSKaraoke.com) is a major distributor and importer of karaoke hardware and software to the USA market place since 1998. We are the financial support and mother company for Forever Hits and IXT Systems. Our 30,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Florida, USA serves as headquarters and distribution center between our west coast warehouse in California, USA and our manufacturing partners in Hong Kong and China. JSK distributes to major retailers in the USA and Canada.

IXT Systems (www.IXTSystems.com) imports karaoke equipment and accessories. We currently distribute to North America, South America, Europe and Australia. Our sales force has many years of experience selling product world wide. IXT is currently opening an office in HK to facilitate the LC to partnering factories in China. Our equipment designs reflect modern thinking and appealing attributes to mass demographics.

Forever Hits (www.ForeverHits.com) is a sound track manufacturer that produces karaoke DVD, CDG and CDs. We negotiated unique licenses with major publishers BMG, EMI, Sony, Universal and Warner Chappell. The licenses we negotiated allow us to produce more products at a lower cost. We also maintain 100% legitimacy in licensing and royalties for all our songs. Our reputation for honesty and sincerity has spread quickly through the publishing community. Over 50 publishers have agreed with our licensing terms and we share mutual benefits. Forever Hits products can be found in over 3000 retail locations including Walmart stores plus hundreds of karaoke websites.

Jack Strauser, President JSK and Jeanie Strauser, V.P. JSK built ProSing, the largest one-stop karaoke distribution center in the USA. Starting in 1991 with little more than a corner office, they built a multi-million dollar business. They sold ProSing in 1998 so they could focus on manufacturng, importing and exporting karaoke equipment and music. Most of their support staff has been with them for more than 15 years. Collectively, their team reflects more than 150 years of karaoke experience.

Hugo E.Young, Executive V.P. IXT owned and operated one of the largest electronics manufacturing facilities in Hong Kong and China. He has over 30 years experience in producing electronic products. These products included karaoke machines, audio/video devices and digital media players for many major accounts around the world. Hugo's experience and knowledge assures our manufacturing partners cost effective solutions to securing their future through higher profits and more efficient methods of production.

Our support staff has been strategically selected to facilitate and manage all three companies. They have many years of extensive knowledge in computer technology, music licensing, karaoke production and hardware. We have analyzed 15 years of karaoke sales data to generate the highest selling songs and discs. We have identified problematic issues in the karaoke market and are committed to elevating respectability in the karaoke industry to new levels. We are manufacturing the best songs in karaoke and they are all fully licensed. The end result is a line of highly profitable karaoke sound tracks that mass merchants can proudly and freely display without threat of copyright violations!
